Hospital Preparedness Prog. & Public Health Emerg Preparedness Prog Grant Align.
U.S. Dept. of Health/Human Services (HHS), Office of the Asst. Secretary of Preparedness/Response (ASPR) and U.S. Centers for Disease Control/Prevention (CDC) will discuss the plans to align the administrative and programmatic aspects of the ASPR HPP and CDC PHEP cooperative agreements, which will result in increased advance preparedness and program impact at the local level. This session will also discuss the promotion of local public health departments to work more closely with the first responders in their jurisdiction.
