Illinois Open Meetings Act
[5 ILCS 120]

This Act establishes public policy for this State that public bodies exist to aid in the conduct of the people's business and that the people have a right to be informed as to the conduct of their business.


ILLINOIS ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE ACT
[5 ILCS 100/1-1 - 15-10. Formerly Ill. Rev. Stat., ch. 127, par. 1001 et seq.]

The Illinois Administrative Procedure Act provides for administrative rulemaking procedures for State agencies.


FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT
[5 ILCS 140/1 - 140/11. Formerly Ill. Rev. Stat., ch. 116, par. 201 et seq.]

The Illinois Freedom of Information Act provides for public access to public records of the Division of Nuclear Safety and other State agencies.


ILLINOIS PROCUREMENT CODE

The Illinois Procurement Code provide procurement requirements applied to the Division of Nuclear Safety and other agencies.


DISASTER RELIEF ACT
[15 ILCS 30/0.01 from Ch. 127, par. 293]

Provides information pertaining to the Disaster Relief Fund which may be used to provide funds for disaster response.
