The State legislation establishing and governing IEMA is known by its Short Title as the Illinois Emergency Management Agency Act (IEMA Act)

Division of Nuclear Safety - POWERS ENABLING STATUTE
[20 ILCS 3310/ Nuclear Safety Law of 2004]

This Act establishes general powers and duties of the Illinois Emergency Management Agency-Division of Nuclear Safety.
