Federal EPCRA Act

Illinois EPCRA Act

This Act shall be known and may be cited as the "Illinois Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act".
Illinois Hazardous Materials Emergency Act

This Act may be cited as the Hazardous Materials Emergency Act.
Illinois Chemical Safety Act
[430 ILCS 45]
This Act shall be known and may be cited as the Illinois Chemical Safety Act.
